Service Overview

QuickKey Dispatch is a dispatch coordination service. We connect customers experiencing vehicle lockouts with independent, experienced locksmith technicians in the Williamson County, Tennessee area. QuickKey Dispatch does not perform locksmith work directly.

Pricing & Payment

All pricing is quoted before service begins. You will always know the exact cost before a technician is dispatched. Payment is collected in advance via a secure payment link (powered by Square). By submitting payment, you are authorizing the dispatch of a locksmith technician to your location.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Before dispatch: If you cancel your request before a technician has been assigned and dispatched to your location, you will receive a full refund.
After dispatch: Once a technician has been dispatched and is en route to your location, the service fee is non-refundable. This includes situations where the customer gains access to the vehicle through other means before the technician arrives.
No-show by technician: If our technician fails to arrive within a reasonable timeframe, or if we are unable to fulfill the service for any reason, you will receive a full refund.
Unable to unlock: If our technician arrives and is unable to unlock your vehicle using professional non-destructive methods, you will receive a full refund.

Service Guarantee

We are committed to getting you back into your vehicle safely. All unlocking is performed using professional, non-destructive tools and techniques. We do not guarantee a specific arrival time, but we will communicate an estimated arrival time and any delays promptly via text message.

Liability

QuickKey Dispatch acts as a coordination and dispatch service. All locksmith work is performed by independent technicians. While we work only with experienced professionals, QuickKey Dispatch is not directly liable for any damage to vehicles that may occur during the unlocking process. Any damage claims should be reported to us immediately so we can work with the technician to resolve the issue promptly.

Availability

We dispatch technicians 7 days a week, 7:00 AM — 11:00 PM, across Williamson County, Tennessee. Service availability depends on technician availability in your area at the time of your request.
